D•R Burton Healthcare Products LLC,  makers of surgical and respiratory products, purchased their global headquarters facility in Farmville, North Carolina in October, 2015. Completion of the corporate offices and state-of-the-art manufacturing operations are expected by July, 2016.

D•R Burton Healthcare is a medical device innovator driven by unique clinical perspective. The products are designed by a staff of clinicians for use by clinicians and their patients. This perspective, combined with superior product research and development along with quality manufacturing, provides healthcare customers with a world class user experience.

The Farmville plant is expandable up to 120,000 square feet and will house the corporate headquarters, finance, engineering and R&D laboratories, manufacturing including injection molding, quality and regulatory compliance, and commercial operations including customer service, sales and marketing.
