Fred Hutchison
Executive Vice President
As the Executive Vice President for D•R Burton Healthcare, Mr. Hutchison is responsible for leading the clinical education program and providing comprehensive training to our sales team members and healthcare customers. He is also instrumental in driving new product development and enhancing our existing devices’ performance.
With a background in hospital management across Cardiopulmonary, Neurology, and Vascular Diagnostics, Mr. Hutchison brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He has also held positions within sales organizations such as Monaghan Medical Corp, Tri-anim Health Services, Philips Respironics, and Medical Specialties Inc.
Under Mr. Hutchison’s guidance, D•R Burton Healthcare continues to innovate and evolve to meet the dynamic needs of the healthcare industry while delivering exceptional customer service and clinical outcomes.
Phil Strasser
Executive Vice President of Corporate Accounts
Mr. Strasser leads D•R Burton Healthcare’s efforts on national accounts and strategic partners. Leveraging his thirty years’ experience in management, he helps healthcare facilities improve patient and financial outcomes. He focuses on our new innovations that reduce facility risk across respiratory therapy, anesthesia, critical care and home care markets. Prior to joining D•R Burton Healthcare, Mr. Strasser held leadership roles at ulrich medical USA, Nonin Medical, Allied Healthcare Products, and Bear Medical Systems.
Dr. Joyce Burton
Dr. Joyce Burton has always been passionate about improving healthcare. While earning her bachelor degree in electrical engineering she became a Respiratory Therapist, and this would only be the first of her many contributions to the respiratory field.
After graduation, she worked in research & development in medical products, which further fueled her passion and financed her way through medical school. Today Joyce is a practicing Internal Medicine doctor and provides leadership to the local hospital as their inpatient medical director.
This tireless mother doesn’t waste her free time. Joyce says she can’t just sit around when there’s important work to be done. She co-founded D•R Burton Healthcare to bring innovative healthcare products to fruition. Improving respiratory therapy is just their first vision. Stay tuned.
Dr. Chet Burton
Early on, Chet always had a mind for making things better. From tinkering with electronics as a kid, it’s no surprise that engineering would capture his attention. While earning a bachelor degree in industrial engineering, Chet became passionate about healthcare and also fulfilled the pre-med curriculum. Chet went on to become a doctor in Family Medicine.
Chet continues to pursue his combined passion for healthcare and technology, and that’s why he’s our leader of innovation. Chet co-founded D•R Burton Healthcare because he has lots of ideas, endless energy, and wants to improve medicine.
